Quanergy is proud to announce F540, our first product in our new industrial solid-state iToF LiDAR product family, Q-Vision™ . Bringing improved point-cloud fidelity, range and performance to the industrial application space.
Q-Vision™ F540 is a high-resolution 3D Solid State iToF LIDAR sensor designed for demanding, accurate industrial applications. Featuring best in class performance for both indoor and outdoor operations, F540 increases the intelligence and real-time decision making in industrial applications thanks to its powerful on-sensor processor by allowing applications to be run at the edge.

Key Applications
AMR
An important requirement for AMRs is accurate situational awareness to avoid collisions, navigate around people, and bypass obstacles even under harshest environmental conditions. It provides superior range, resolution and low noise point cloud vs. sensors from Intel, etc.
Off-road vehicles (agriculture, quarry/mining, etc.)
With it’s rugged design and superior outdoor performance the F540 is an excellent fit for these kinds of applications that require, similarly to AMRs, accurate situational awareness required to avoid collisions, navigate around people, and bypass obstacles even under harshest outdoor conditions.
Forklifts, AGV
The F540 is perfect for applications such as collision avoidance, object and pallet detection, infrastructure and cliff detection. It provides superior range, resolution and low noise point cloud.
Volumetric and dimensioning
With its high resolution and high quality point-cloud the F540 is ideal volumetric and dimensioning applications such packaging, shipping and more. It also offers the option to have an integrated RGB camera for text and barcode reading.
